Blending in at Yonder Hill
A small media group were asked to try their hand at blending, adding their wine tasting talents into the mix, and contributing to the final product that is to be Inanda 2015 - a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Situated 15km from Stellenbosch along the picturesque R44, framed against the slopes of the Helderberg lies Yonder Hill Wines. Here, six hectares of vineyards are annually crafted into blends by winemaker Abe Beukes. For more info on the wine farm, go to www.yonderhill.co.za.
