The One&Only Cape Town recently hosted the eighth annual Reaching for Young Stars project. The One&Only Reaching for Young Stars aims to provide hospitality students with a platform to gain knowledge and expertise from established executive chefs, cooks, bakers, winemakers, wine stewards, and sommeliers.

The big theme at the 2018 The Business of Wine & Food Tourism Conference was innovation. The conference was recently held at the Spier Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.
