"We were extremely happy with the turnout that we had for the show," says business manager Sarah Winter. "While The Home Show is not yet South Africa's biggest home interest exhibition, we are proud of the fact that both our visitors and our exhibitors enjoyed the benefits of a well defined, focused event.
"The Home Show is intended to be a real platform for serious players in this industry, and by restricting the number and nature of exhibitors, we have created a serious contender on the South African exhibitions circuit."
As a focused, specialist exhibition, The Home Show met two vital requirements: visitors to the show enjoyed relevant, pertinent and specialist exhibitors, while visitors enjoyed the benefits of exhibitors that were specifically interested in meeting their needs.
Numerous stands have already been booked by 2006 exhibitors for the 2007 edition of The Home Show, which will take place 15-18 February, this time taking up two halls at Sandton Convention Centre.
