Other senior level staff appointments and promotions in both the Johannesburg and Cape Town offices include Nicky Steel, who has been promoted from GM to COO. Steel joined the company in 2007, as senior strategist and has excelled at her position. Prior to that, she worked for Unilever in the UK in brand and marketing management as well as customer (shopper) marketing management.

Jennifer Moore has also been promoted to group research director, having joined in 2005, where she has led the insights and research team as well as some of the specialist strategy offerings.

Nana Nkosi will take up the position as business director of design. Her experience spans 15 years, with a special focus on client service, brand strategy and business development in the advertising, interactive/digital media and branding industry.

Other appointments include: Dhatchani Naidoo, senior strategist; Nicole Zetler, strategist; Charles Erasmus, strategist; Martmeri Roos, strategy analyst; Justine McKellar, research director; Antony Andelaar, research account manager; and Carol Avenant has been promoted to senior strategist.
