False Bay TVET College was very proud to have three of our students acknowledged for their outstanding performance:
In the field of Engineering and Information Technology, Alcino Van Rooyen from Fish Hoek Campus was recognised for the highest achievement in the NCV Information Technology and Computer Science Programme as well as having the highest NCV aggregate in the Province. He received a R5,000 cash prize and an Ipad.
Ashley Fredericks from Mitchells Plain Campus received recognition for the highest achievement in N6 Business Management. She was awarded a R5,000 cash prize for all her hard work.
Debra Dudley from Fish Hoek Campus had received a R5,000 cash prize for the highest achievement in Finance, Economics and Accounting Level 4.
"I know that the hard work that these young people put into their programme has given them this wonderful achievement but it goes hand in hand with the dedication of Campus Heads, Programme Heads, Lecturers, Student Support and Development Services, Financial Aid and all support staff on campus," says Melanie Vermaak, Academic Head for NCV and Nated Programmes at the College.
"We are very proud of our students' achievements and wish them very success with their future endeavours."
