December attractions at uShaka

Parents and children are also invited to attend shows at the Castaways Amphitheatre, such as the "Fisherman's Tale", and can meet the Ocean Warrior Mascots. Plus, during the special bird talks, they will hear all about the well-known Kids World flying friends, Barnacle and Periwinkle, the green-winged macaws and a few new friends to add a special touch. The latest additions are rats and hamsters who have settled in quite nicely in their home.

When it's time to release some energy, there's Africa's largest jungle gym, which will make the little ones feel on top of the world and, for the action heroes, we have a Water Cannon zone set up to ambush sailors passing by on the Duzi River. Plus, for the little explorers, check out Crabby Beach, a sandpit extraordinaire that just happens to have hidden dinosaur bones for kids to find as well as the ultra-mysterious Black Skulls Treasure Cave.

For a little fun in the sun, there's a new aqua adventure at Splish Splash Sprinkler Island that comes complete with the Huggies Rock World and when it's chill time, Lazy Lizards Movie Lounge is the place to be with the Disney Channel, PlayStation and Xbox to keep the kiddies entertained while parents take a breather at the Duzi River Lounge.
