Woodlands Boulevard extends more than 50%

Woodlands Boulevard, owned by Attfund and managed by Parkdev Asset Management, will increase in size from 42 000m² by an additional 28 900m² of retail space, growing the centre to a 71 000m² regional shopping centre at a cost of R440 million. Construction started in September 2009 and the new extension launches 7 October 2010 to the public.

Woodlands Boulevard extends more than 50%

More than 26 fashion tenants are included in the tenant mix with exciting and exclusive brand names such as Mango, Guess, Nine West, Aldo, Forever New, Old Khaki and Poetry. The project includes a Woolworths expansion and the addition of new anchor stores such as, Food Lover's Market, Game, Dischem, and Builders Warehouse.
