Pepsi cuts down cans; Madge accused of price fixing
NEWSWATCH: Pepsi Cola is looking to cut down the size of its canned drinks in China from 355ml to 330ml to combat the inflationary pressures of rising aluminium costs - Packaging Digest reports. Lonza, said to be the USA's largest manufacturer of hospital disinfectants, has reached a settlement with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) after a lawsuit called for more transparency regarding the effectiveness of Lonza's labelling claims.
Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) is proposing a change to the countries baby food packaging that will find the products recommended for babies six months and over, as opposed to the current minimum of four months.
