African Action on AIDS/New York AIDS Film Festival - Call for submissions
30% of festival proceeds go to the running of the festival, 70% go to African Action on AIDS, an organization which sends AIDS orphans to school by providing scholarships.
African Action on AIDS (AAA) is based on the belief that those who die should
die in peace, fully aware that they are leaving behind a caring world. Forming a chain of love, they strive to destroy the HIV/AIDS stigma. They support people with HIV/AIDS in their personal struggle and encourage them to face the future positively.

The festival takes place in Manhattan, New York, in September 2003 and includes three categories:
Short film application fee - $25
Documentary application fee - $50
Feature application fee - $50
