Food Hospitality World Africa opens 2nd annual expo in May

Owned by Fiera Milano Exhibitions, this second show distinguishes itself by its business matchmaking offering and the number of international buyers it brings to the event. A new addition is the 'Food for Thought' Conference, where necessary and critical food industry information will be presented by leading industry experts. Some of the subjects to be debated are food security, food safety, sustainability and how to do business in Africa.

Key feature areas at this year's FHWA include World of Wines, Africa Rising, Halaal Pavilion and a specialised buyers programme, where the DTI is bringing around 30 international buyers to South Africa to discover what is new and exciting in the South African food and beverage world.
