'Keep it simple, sexy' is one of my food philosophies - sometimes I like to go all out and sometimes I'm more than happy to whisk up an omelette for dinner. Whether it's a reinvention of a classic or a bespoke creation, I think it's important to enjoy the process and to always cook with heart.
"I don't profess to be a culinary genius, but my love for food and entertaining started when I became the editor of Essentials magazine. Cooking can be a chore but, through the practical and simple solutions and recipes featured in the magazine, I learnt that your success in the kitchen really comes down to preparation."
