Barloworld Logistics, Manline in JV

The joint venture, trading as Barloworld Manline Logistics (BML), was formed to utilise the combined resources of both companies to deliver smart supply chain solutions to existing and new customers.
"Our vision for the joint venture includes a fleet of owned vehicles, managed through our existing infrastructure, which leverages off both companies to provide our combined customer bases with innovative solutions," said Steve Ford, CEO of Barloworld Logistics.
Neil Henderson, CEO of Manline Group continued, "We now have the ability to offer new and existing clients an end-to-end supply chain solution that encompasses transport, distribution, warehouse management, inventory management and other optimisation tools."

The Manline group is 14 years old, owns and operates a fleet of over 400 vehicles and manages 20 000 m² of warehousing from 15 depots across the SADC region. It employs over 1000 employees and is a reputable logistics player in the SA industry.
