Lead a balanced lifestyle

We're well into 2008, life isn't letting up and it's an ongoing challenge to find good food options that are quick to prepare and don't compromise on taste. You could find the answers at The Woman's Show, April 25-27, at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
Lead a balanced lifestyle

With Like-It-Lean's extensive range of perishable products, consumers can still enjoy great taste with the added benefit of being a healthier alternative, whether they need a snack on the go or need to prepare a quick family meal.

Visitors to the brand's stand at the show will be given a complimentary analysis of their health status by a qualified biokineticist - assisting women to improve their overall awareness of the health to encourage better living. Health measurements will be taken at the “Healthzone” and each visitor will receive personalised feedback from the biokineticist to take away with them, in the form of a “Health Passport” to start their journey to achieving a balanced lifestyle.

The brand will also be sponsoring Health Slots at The Women's Show to empower and support women to embrace a healthier attitude. Health experts will lead these daily slots, which will cover topics such as Healthy Eating for the Whole Family by Claire Julsing, a registered dietician from Anne Till & Associates, and Healthy Body, Natural Weight by Dr Arien van der Merwe, Director of Health Stress Management Centre for Health & Wellbeing. In addition, Metro FM's Criselda Kananda will be speaking on Eating & Living for Ultimate Health.
