Makeover for recruitment portal

The new branding incorporates ‘.co.za' into the logo to show the fact that CareerJunction is an online service. The redesign was a collaboration between CareerJunction creatives and its advertising agency Zoom.
“There is a common misconception that online recruitment services are the same as recruitment agencies; however, this is incorrect. CareerJunction provides a service to recruiters by allowing them to advertise jobs on our website and giving subscribing recruitment agencies the opportunity to search our database of candidates,” clarifies Kris Jarzebowski, CareerJunction CEO.
CareerJunction's new brand promise is “Better jobs. More often” which illustrates the company's commitment to providing the best quality jobs, as well as the biggest selection of up to date jobs, according to Jarzebowski.
The new CareerJunction logo has a modern look that is very relevant to the times and business today - a bit less formal and more livelier than the previous logo. “Our brand is one of our most prized assets and the value it brings to our business is vast. Our new branding will move us into the future, alongside our constant technological advancements and innovations,” enthuses Jarzebowski.
The revamped logo is being launched in conjunction with a fresh new homepage for CareerJunction and a new advertising campaign that encompasses outdoor, online, print, radio and alternative media.
