Job description

Skilled Internal Sales Administrator position within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector in the Vaal area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including quotations, sales orders and assisting the business with various operations both locally and internationally. This position requires a strong background in EXPORT and all of the knowledge that comes with that.

The position will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• providing support to the sales and internal sales team
• preparation of documents and presentations
• managing enquiries, quotes and orders
• preparing paperwork for dangerous goods for export clients
• handling all administration for local shipments (packing lists, couriers etc)
• liaising with the expediting team
• feedback to customers on shipments 
• tracking shipments and ensuring deliveries
• filing and general admin work
• sale of equipment
• account queries
• Managing the admin of all exports

Must currently reside in the Vaal area

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Admin/Finance in advantageous
• SAP experience
• Good MS Office skills
• Must have knowledge and experience in the admin involved in exports
  Experience in dealing with dangerous goods documentation would be advantageous
• Must reside in the Vaal area
