We are a company who manufactures customised cabinetry on a mass scale and supply homes and trade businesses across Australia. We also sell custom cabinets online.
We're looking for an admin person with great computer skills and technical ability to work night shifts (11pm to 7am) from home for a company based in Australia.
Your role will consist of the following:
- Follow up on all lead enquiries from our websites, manage website content via CRM, make calls, book appointments for sales reps, assist customers with technical drawings of their kitchens using an in-house drawing tool for which full training will be provided.
- Basic admin using website admins like Wordpress, Drupal, or similar.
- Make great first impressions with our customers over the phone.
- Great phone manner, well spoken, speaks perfect English.
- Previous experience working with website admin / CRM.
- Previous experience in the construction or similar industry (an advantage)
