Full operations/sales/client service administration function within a barcoding and labelling technology environment.
The successful candidate will be dealing daily with the machine operators and the role will include:
- Telephonic customer service
- Remote hardware service
- Lead generation
- Hardware sales and repairs
- Orders
- Calculations - raw materials
- Liaising with ho it department
- Branch it general maintenance
- Matric
- IT qualification
- Relevant labelling and barcoding/similar machine background and experience - hardware maintenance and sales
- Strong IT background
- Previous experience in internal sales - technical
- Own transport
- Valid licence
