Our client is looking for a qualified motor technician (trade test qualified) to join their service department in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
Requirements:
- Senior certificate (Grade 12)
- Motor mechanic trade test certificate
- Three + years of experience (petrol)
- Premium brand experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Clear criminal record
- Stable work track record
- Ability to work well under pressure and be target drive
- Responsible for vehicle diagnoses (engine electrical DME)
- Responsible for vehicle diagnoses (fuel systems, diesel fuel systems, automatic transmissions)
- Responsible for vehicle diagnoses (steering and brakes)
- Ensure all job cards are updated accurately
- Responsible for (technical / non technical assistance) to workshop staff
- Attend general departmental meeting and maintain good housekeeping
- Attend technical training
