Responsibilities:

As a technical journalist at Food For Mzansi, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our news and business development teams. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the research, writing, and editing of news articles, features, and business reports related to the agricultural industry.
• Conducting interviews with key stakeholders, farmers, and industry experts.
• Collaborating with senior journalists and editors to ensure the accuracy and quality of content.
• Providing support in the development and execution of business development initiatives.
• Monitoring industry trends and staying up to date with developments in agriculture.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in agricultural sciences.
• Strong language abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity and a keen interest in agricultural and topics.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
