Location: within a 20km radius from Kempton Park

Salary: earning potential of R20,000 per month

Experience required: minimum of eight years in similar work experience

Position overview:

We are looking for an experienced lead generator to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating high-quality leads within the retail sector or call centre environment and will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead generation: identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online marketing and existing CRM database.
• Customer interaction: engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to our products and services.
• Database management: maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Reporting: track and report on lead generation activities.
• Collaboration: work closely with the sales teams.
• Qualifying customers: booking appointments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
