Traffic Manager

We are seeking a passionate Traffic Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our Team creates content that aligns with the various brands we work with. This position offers an opportunity to grow as part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in video production, storytelling, and digital marketing in a collaborative environment.

Key roles

• Managing TVCs from beginning to end with Agency producers.
• Managing pitches with ECDs. 
• Quality checking briefs before submitting and allocating to studio.
• Checking briefs with Account Leaders.
• Making sure all information needed for creative execution have been received.
• Creating Timing Plans by breaking down the project 
• Tasking Creative studio/Suppliers Setting up and attending creative kick-starts 
• Booking and attending creative reviews Liaising between Studio Manager, Creatives & Account Leaders 
• Setting up on-boarding sessions with Creatives 
• Updating Status documents
• Attending weekly status meetings
• Checking in with Creatives to ensure deadlines are met. 
• Attending daily creative scrum sessions 
• Recon jobs on completion 
• Efficient in Float, Smartsheet, Chase, Trello, Timesheets, Reporting
• Managing project timelines, resources, and scope for high profile consumer brands.
• Manage workflow across creative and production departments.
• Owning the delivery and quality of projects.
• Creating detailed daily studio schedules, making sure studio time align with CE’s
• High attention to detail.
• Extreme diligence and organisation.

Skills

• Production experience, a BIG bonus
• Audience, content and product research
• Scriptwriting (experienced in longform scripting as a content producer)
• Conducting interviews for inserts from behind the camera
• Shoot coordination and directing, hiring gear
• Casting coordination (compiling cast briefs for agents, rates negotiation, cast management)
• Outsourcing and managing external resources
• Subtitles QC
• Audio and VO booking
• Create cost estimates before commencing a job
