Vicinity Media, a leading location-based advertising and data tech business, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Data Strategist.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Data analysis leading to insights and proactive media strategies
• Campaign and product analysis
• Manage and design the reporting environment
• Produce case studies and white papers
• Story-telling through reporting
• Analyse and visualize data for client presentations
• Maintain and grow key client work and relationships
• Inform the Ad operations marketing landscape
• Driving innovation and media strategy

Skills, knowledge and capabilities:

• Three-plus years of experience in data strategy, consumer insights, marketing analytics, business strategy or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, integrated marketing communications, statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, Information management studies, integrated marketing communications, or a related field; advanced quantitative degree or coursework a plus
• Proven experience working on data-driven solutions that impact the business
• Experience in using Datastudio or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI Datorama, etc.)
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign and measurement metrics
• Ability to identify trends and patterns in raw data
• Ability to work successfully within a team and independently
• High attention to detail
