A well-established property management company in Johannesburg North is looking for a property portfolio manager.
Requirements:
- Sectional title property management experience is essential.
- Own reliable transport (non-negotiable).
- Good knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act.
- Experience in compiling residential and/or commercial body corporate budgets.
- Experience in typing minutes for trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs.
- Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
- Willingness to work evenings for trustee meetings, AGMs, and/or SGMs when required.
Duties:
- Pro-active property management.
- Administration of property requirements.
- Customer care and service.
- Credit control.
- Building database.
- Insurance management.
- Budgeting.
- AGM/SGM meetings.
- Trustee meetings.
Remuneration:
- R33,000 CTC (negotiable depending on experience and knowledge).
