Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you have a strong understanding of the automotive industry?
Join our clients team as a Service Advisor and be the first point of contact for their valued customers!
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures.
- Experience with dealership management software Evolve is an advantage.
- Valid drivers license
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
