Team Leader

About the role

Our client is looking for a team leader to establish and grow their presence in Hermanus, covering the region from Gansbaai to Pringle Bay. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on waterproofing expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of waterproofing technicians
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Perform hands-on waterproofing work when required
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain health and safety standards on-site
• Liaise with clients and provide excellent service

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in waterproofing or construction
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's licence – non-negotiable
