Our client, a leading domiciliary optician in the South East of England, is seeking an enthusiastic home-based virtual marketing administrator to support their team in George, Western Cape (South Africa).

Their mission is to inform and provide more people with great NHS-funded services. Over the past 12 months, they have expanded their offerings to include optometry, wax removals, and a pharmacy partnership, further enhancing their service to the UK's most vulnerable populations. They prioritise a culture of care, which is crucial to their success. The ideal candidate will align with this ethos and help foster a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

This varied role involves supporting all administrative and marketing procedures within the team, including:

• Procuring new business and managing recall business through mail campaigns, in line with the company's marketing objectives.
• Confirming appointments.
• Following up on quotations and processing payments.
• Collaborating with the marketing team and receiving full support from the head office.
• Managing the marketing team's diaries.

About you: 

• Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and customer service skills while developing a basic knowledge of optometry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Fast learner with a can-do attitude who can work independently
