An established motor vehicle dealership in George is looking for a skilled workshop foreman with a strong background in vehicle diagnostics. If you have a passion for leading a team while ensuring top-quality service and repairs, this opportunity is for you.
Duties
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles.
- Assist technicians with complex repairs and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards.
- Manage workflow, job allocation, and customer expectations.
- Qualified motor vehicle technician.
- Proven experience as a workshop foreman in the motor industry.
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians.
- Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
