Dealership based in Edenvale is looking for a junior stock controller.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Organised
• Friendly and outgoing
• Attention to detail
• Data entry skills
• Problem-solving

Duties to include:

• Inventory management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of all automotive parts and supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet demand without overstocking.
• Stock reconciliation: Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with system records, identifying and investigating any discrepancies.
• Order processing: Assist in the ordering process by tracking inventory levels, placing orders for new stock, and ensuring timely receipt and storage of parts.
• Data entry and reporting: Accurately input inventory data into the management system and generate regular reports on stock levels, usage patterns, and inventory turnover rates.
• Quality control: Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, ensuring that all parts meet the required standards and specifications before they are added to inventory.
