Integrations Product Owner

• Two or more years’ experience as a product owner or product manager, particularly in integration projects and API-driven platforms
• Strong experience working with both customers and developers, bridging business needs with technical execution
• Proven track record in managing integrations with third-party IT teams, vendors, and offshore development teams
• Deep understanding of APIs, system interoperability, and integration architectural patterns
• Hands-on project management experience, including scoping, resource planning, and risk mitigation
• Experience managing change within an organisation, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with product development teams

• Experience working in SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms
• Prior experience with CRM, telephony, or enterprise system integrations
• Familiarity with API gateways, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions
• Experience with cloud-based integration services, AWS

• Liaise with customers and their IT teams to understand integration requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth implementation
• Own and manage the integrations roadmap, prioritising and delivering features that bring the most value to customers and the business
• Lead integration projects from planning to execution, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure engineers maintain robust API and integration architecture, aligning with security best practices and test strategies for APIs and data exchanges
