Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through online channels such as social media, email marketing, magazine sales, and online advertising.
• Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and online chat to introduce products or services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Strong sales aptitude with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

Successful candidates will be based at our office in Cape Town’s CBD.
