Static Production Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager static production coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of printing, flighting, site maintenance, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Printing and flighting coordination: Ensure all campaigns are printed and installed on time, working closely with print houses and flighting teams.
• Client and supplier liaison: Communicate with clients, sales reps, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and address any queries.
• Administrative oversight: Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and production documentation to keep projects on track.
• Site maintenance and quality control: Monitor site conditions, ensuring structures, lighting, and nameplates are maintained to the highest standard.
• Problem-solving and workflow management: Proactively handle time-sensitive challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
