Telesales Consultant

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Order processing and administration

• Capture and process orders, including online and retail orders.
• Generate and follow up on SAP quotations.
• Send order confirmations and manage online orders.
• Ensure order accuracy.

Sales and customer engagement

• Advise clients on promotions and offer deals.
• Follow up on quotations.
• Build strong customer relationships.

Customer support

• Address inquiries and complaints regarding stock, orders, credits, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and couriers to resolve issues.

General administration and support

• Maintain accurate records.
• Assist the sales team.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Basic requirements:

• At least a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• At least five years' relevant work experience in a similar position or telesales environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service.

Start date: 1 April 2025 (or as soon as possible)

Location: This position is office-based at our head office in Epping, Cape Town.

Remuneration: Basic salary plus incentives.
