Digital Graphic Designer

Job description

A boutique marketing and design consultancy with longstanding clients is looking for a talented, fun-loving, designer/multimedia creator. Learn a range of design and technical disciplines in a very relaxed environment. Along with technical skills, a sharp conceptual ability is key.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma
• Competent in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut etc.
• Excellent design ability
• Good understanding marketing on social media 

You will be required to

• Design and distribute monthly emailers
• Design for online advertising including 2-D animation and basic editing (multimedia)
• Manage online advertising platforms (Adwords/Facebook etc.)
• Manage social media pages
• Create and post high quality video content online

Candidates must also:

• Have a good design sense, typography, etc.
• Manage time well and work quickly
• Good understanding of digital marketing in general
• Be willing to assist wherever required

Personal attributes:

• Enthusiastic attitude to life and a good sense of humour is a prerequisite
• Great people skills as you will relate directly with clients
• Passionate about design and typography, fun personality, self-motivated
• An excellent work ethic
• Be willing to learn new skills and grow
• NB - Must be able and willing to work alone as well as with a team

Salary is negotiable within the range advertised, depending on the level of your experience and skill. New graduates will be considered, however one year of work experience is preferable.
