In Vision Marketing is on the lookout for motivated individuals who are willing to change their lives in the sales industry. Our company is a direct sales and marketing industry meaning we conduct sales based on face-to-face interactions with customers.
No previous work experience is required, our company believes in building and moulding our partners therefore training is provided to them so that our partners will make sales using the marketing system that the company uses. We also motivate our partners by holding competitions and providing incentives for those who achieve their sales targets and maintain them.
As a sales trainee you will be expected to :- Evaluate customers needs- Create and maintain customers database- Maintain client records- Attend sales meetings and training - Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers- Negotiate and close sales deals
