Role overview

We need a highly organised individual who excels in data analysis, cost tracking, and financial oversight. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations, monitoring revenue performance, and maintaining accuracy in payments and subscriptions. While data analysis is a key component, the current team requires someone who can bring structure and expertise to this area.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll, freelance payments, and subscription renewals to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor and analyse operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Review revenue data and assess performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Bring structure to performance tracking by analysing key financial and operational data.
• Manage financial workflows and reporting.

Who you are

• Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling financial data.
• Highly organised and capable of keeping things on track in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
• Prior experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis is a plus.
