Dreyer is currently the conservation manager at Addo Elephant National Park (AENP) in the Eastern Cape. Prior to this, Dreyer contributed to the protection and conservation of black rhino in the Intensive Protection Zone (IPZ) at KNP. She was also employed at the Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency as a conservation manager for the Great Fish River Nature Reserve.
