Dale Stevens to lead Faber Restaurant's kitchen

Faber Restaurant on the Avondale Wine Estate has appointed Dale Stevens as its head chef.

Stevens studied at The Culinary Academy in Paarl and has his practical placement with legendary chef George Jardine at Jordan Restaurant, where he also worked for four years after graduating. He has also worked under the mentorship of Luke Dale Roberts at The Test Kitchen.
