Imperial Holdings Limited has sold its shares in Jurgens Ci Pty Ltd to Diamondis Pty Ltd.
As of 1 February 2017, Diamondis Pty Ltd will own Jurgens Ci Pty Ltd, Jurgens Australia Pty Ltd and Prestige Safari Centre Pty Ltd, as well as own and operate four Campworld dealers and two Safari Centre stores.
Jurgens Ci management is confident and excited about the new acquisition and looks forward to new ideas, growth and expansion opportunities.
