Documentary festival calls for volunteers
The 9th Encounters – South African International Documentary Festival – is calling on documentary enthusiasts to volunteer/intern on the 2007 festival. Encounters is a well-established festival which showcases local and international documentary films and runs various workshops, panels and masterclasses.
This opportunity is open to all people regardless of experience but the following criteria would be an advantage: communication skills; computer literacy; technical skills; writing skills; own car and cellphone; and film industry experience.
If you are interested, email a one-page CV with contact information to by Monday, 11 June 2007. Some volunteers would start as early as 18 June 2007.

Johannesburg: 13 – 22 July
Cape Town: 19 July – 5 August
