Oasis Crescent's distribution of 50.2c a unit

Oasis Crescent Property Fund says its interim distribution per unit increased by 13.8% to 50.2c in the six months to September from 44.1c a year ago.

The net asset value per unit increased by 9.2% from R16.24 to R17.74 per unit.

it said the intrinsic value return of 13.8% a year since inception compared with inflation of 6.2%.

Looking ahead‚ the fund said it would continue to increase the income-earning potential of the existing properties in the direct property portfolio and increase its focus on evaluating acquisitions and developments that met the required quality criteria.

It said global investments would provide diversification benefits to investors and would remain a characteristic of the fund.
