TEP stages Music in the Bay fundraiser

The Tourism Enterprise Partnership (TEP), a non-profit organisation, and Cape Town-based company Skylar, will be hosting Music in the Bay, a fundraising event in support of enterprise development and job creation, which will take place on Saturday, 16 March, 2013, at Riverside Estates, Hout Bay from 4pm to 7pm.

The fundraiser promises to be filled with great music from groups such as 3 Tons of Fun, who will wow with their incredible voices. Also in the line-up is comedian Mel Jones who will definitely get the crowd going with her hilarious routine; other supporting acts include Clinton Viljoen and the Wynberg Boys High School Steel Band.

Participate in a silent auction and claim your stake on fabulous getaways or beautiful pieces of art. You can also stand a chance to win one of several other prizes that are up for grabs.

The development of small tourism businesses

Funds raised during the event will be utilised towards the development of small tourism businesses in the Western Cape and will ultimately contribute to job creation for South Africa. This is achieved through TEP investing in various projects, such as skills development, operational efficiency, access to finance support, quality enhancement, service improvement and, most importantly, increased market access.

Seating is limited. Tickets cost R280 each and include a picnic hamper. A cash bar will be available. Tickets can be bought from www.webtickets.co.za or contact TEP Western Cape on +27 (0)21 839 2921 or az.oc.pet@tzaanahs for further information.
