Bouncing baby Blue for Beyoncé
Entertainment pop star, Beyoncé has given birth to a baby girl named Blue Ivy Carter marking one of the first celebrity births of the year. Channel24 reports that pop diva Beyoncé gave birth by Caesarean section on Saturday in a private ward in the Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan.
Her husband, rapper star Jay-Z (whose real name is Shawn Carter) was by her side when Blue Ivy was born. Beyoncé had checked into the hospital on Manhattan's Upper East Side later on Friday under the assumed name of Ingrid Jackson.
