The Parlotones have recently proved to be the biggest and most popular English rock/alternative band in SA, selling out huge stadium shows and performing alongside legendary international bands like Kings of Leon and Evanescence. In the last 18 months the band has played over 300 shows and sold over 100 000 records. The band has won numerous awards for its music and videos, including a SAMA for Best Rock Album 2006, SAMA for Best Video of the Year 2009, MK Award Best Video 2007, and the People's Choice Award for Best Music Act in 2008.

Gates will open at 2pm. Please bring your picnic blanket and basket. There will be a range of award-winning D'Aria wines on sale, as well as delicious food and a variety of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We regret, no own alcohol will be allowed.
You are also welcome to bring your umbrella or gazebo, but we kindly ask you to take it down before the show starts in order for everyone to see the band clearly. We also want to ask people who bring their own chairs to sit at the back and on the sides, where they will not affect the rest of the crowd's view.
