"Plants, coffee and everything else..."

This is the perfect place with its chilled ambiance and vintage feel to bring a friend for a heart-to-heart, your laptop for catching up on work or emails, your reading book to sink into a world of fiction or fantasy without being disturbed, your hundredth Sudoku puzzle or, apparently, your two French bulldogs for breakfast, lunch or simply a divine cuppa.

Co-owner, Philip Kleinsmith treated me with an oh-so-perfect flat white and a wholesome brekkie consisting of two poached eggs (with a magical sauce like I have honestly never tasted before!), two grilled tomatoes, bacon and fresh rocket. #Nomnomnom.

After taking over the shop from previous management, the Twigs with Beans team is still busy changing a few things to add their own personal touch and flair like painting the walls, bringing changes to the menu etc.

As a bonus, all the vintage furniture customers see in the shop is for sale, so if you are one for gems like that, best you pop in and scout around... and why not pick up some purdy flowers while you're at it?

"I simply want people to experience a comfortable, chilled environment where they can enjoy good coffee," says Philip.
