New V&A Pick n Pay opens month end

"We can say with confidence that the range of this store is a first for the Cape Town area," said Jarett van Vuuren, Pick n Pay's GM of the Western Cape region. "What we've created is a 'foodie' experience; an environment with atmosphere and diversity that, while capturing the charm and cosmopolitan offering of international brands, richly celebrates South African artisanal products and small enterprise. Our primary focus is on the customer, and this store epitomises customer-centricity. We are aware that there are over one-million international visitors to the V&A Waterfront every year and we can say that this store will cater for everyone.

"There are many surprises in store for shoppers on 28 November when doors open for business. We confirm that Pick n Pay customers be able to park outside our front door and also get 90 minutes free parking when they spend R150 at the store. With parking being at such a premium in Cape Town these days this is a benefit to our shoppers and we are delighted to be able offer it to them. We look forward to welcoming our customers to our new store."
