The Association of Communication & Advertising (ACA) will hold its annual Apex Awards on 2 June 2011 at St. Stithians College, Randburg. The event acknowledges and rewards communications campaigns that have excelled during the past year.

Tony Wright, of Lowe Worldwide, will deliver the keynote address. Wright has worked his way to the top of leading global agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and has paved the way for contemporary agencies that reject traditionalist methods.

Proceeds raised from the awards are used to fund student bursaries of the AAA School of Advertising. This year sees a substantial increase in bursary funds generated, offering more students a future in advertising.

Key partners and sponsors are Oracle Airtime Sales and MNet. Other partners include Anglo American and Lindt as contributors; alongside Edith Unlimited, AVL Productions, Gideon's Flowers and Functions, Lowe Bull South Africa and DDB South Africa.

Ticket prices:

ACA members: R750 per ticket or R6,950 per table of ten seats/tickets
Non-members pay R850 per person/ticket
