      Roles and responsibilities
      • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

      • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
      • Document customer interactions and update customer records.
      • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
      • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
      • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service processes.
      • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
