Job Description:
As a Key Accounts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients to maximise sales opportunities and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the textile industry.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and exceed client expectations.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and formulate strategies to capitalise on them.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential new key accounts.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms and conditions with key clients to secure profitable contracts.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and minimise risk.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our textile products.
Provide technical support and information as needed.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, sales progress, and customer interactions.
Generate regular reports on key account performance for management review.
Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Qualifications:
BCom Degree would be advantageous..
Proven experience in key account management within the promotional / branded clothing industry would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of clothing products and market dynamics (advantageous)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
