Our Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating new business opportunities within the electronic recycling industry.
Key responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Understand client needs and develop customised solutions to meet their electronic recycling requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
New business development:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the electronic recycling industry, including manufacturers, retailers, and businesses.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities for expansion.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Sales and revenue generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable business partnerships.
Collaboration and coordination:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve products and services.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications and experience:
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the electronic recycling or environmental services industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
