- At least one year's contact centre experience (or be really impressive communicator if you don’t).
- You must have a fast broadband connection with good upload and download speed.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in English to customers from the UK.

We're looking for someone who loves cats, to serve our customers, who love their cats;
- Experience in serving customers in the UK if possible
- A great cheerful personality.
- A really pleasant clear voice and cheerful demeanour.
- Computer literate.
To perform the role of a homeworker you will need:
- Quiet office space to work from home, with a fibre internet connection.
- Laptop or desktop computer.
- Back up power to protect from load shedding
